Pathetic service, *********** staff
*** CellC, *** I upgrade my phone/LINE on 23rd June, get told it takes 4-7 working days for the phone to be delivered. Phoned to follow up on 01st July, unable to get through to ANY of your lines, Eventually got through to cancellations and requested an update. Requested to speak to a supervisor and line was dropped, actually it just went silent... Followed up again this morning, again unable to get through to anyone other than new applications.. Again requested to speak to a supervisor, was transferred to the team lead, and again the line just went silent after I ran my mouth... Best of all, during all of this I am informed that because of Covid issues my phone delivery is delayed, then again told they are out of stock, and best of all, that they registered a cancellation on my line... Also been told that because of Covid your people are unable to work from home??!! Being in IT I find this alarming for a communications provider to not be able to have their agents working from home... The department that we support have all been issued with laptops and are working from home, using various secure platforms to enable remote access... So again, ***, *** are you doing, because sure as hell you are not running a business but a circus... I want to know WHEN AM I GETTING MY PHONE I ORDERED..... Or would you rather I just let the cancellation run out and transfer to another, more capable service provider...

You are quick to send out reminders if payment is due, but cannot send out communique when you are incapable of providing... Does Cell C have any business sense at all.. I am starting to wonder how they have made it this far...
