PATHETIC SERVICE! I took a SIM contract on the 18th of November with a consultant by the name of Sipho. We concluded it over the phone, and he told me that SIM would be delivered the last week of November. Cell C even sent me a debit check on my bank and I did accept. Almost 3 weeks later still no SIM Contract delivered. I have been calling the number 084145 more than 20 times following and have sent them numerous email. They all shut me out by promising a delivery tomorrow. The service has been pathetic and very poor. I am super annoyed and frustrated with Cell C. This will be the last time I deal or take contracts with them over the phone. Poor pathetic service!
