Pathetic Service I have ever known!!!

I always thought people were just bad mouthing Cell-C but now I get it.i did an telephonic application for a smartphone it took a whole month to approve my application and it took them half a month to attempt to deliver.when the delivery personnel called me I was out of work reason being I had lost my Aunt so I was preparing for the funeral service so we can burry her so I explained to him and told him when will I be available but as days go by he called me Monday on the 20 of May I told him again that am coming back on Tuesday the 21st of May he said ok please carry your ID copy and Proof of address only to find out that my device has been sent back to Cell C if I ask why they say delivery attempts exceeded I than asked who said keep on attempting to deliver when I did tell the delivery guy when I will be available they said the delivery attempts are are exceeded and my order is with Cell C
