Pathetic Service from staff & Manager!

<p>I went into Cell C Middleburg Mall store to do a change of ownership from my mother's name to my husband's name.</p> <p>Firstly they didn't relay the correct information from one staff member to another.</p> <p>Then got told that again that there is a cellular service provider that we are 6 months in areas with, this being the second time, yet pietermaritzburg's branch hasn't picked up anything at all.</p> <p>So we went to both Vodacom & MTN & checked nothing.</p> <p>Went back to cell c store to have the staff flat out ignore my request to see the manager! </p> <p>So my mom went to the back door & knocked for their assistance to which the store manager had a horrible disgusting attitude towards us & refused to help us.</p> <p> </p> <p>This is the second incident at this very same store with the very same staff!</p> <p> </p> <p>I wouldn't recommend this store to any person at all & I request an apology from those staff members & manager!</p>
