PATHETIC SERVICE FROM PHUMZILE

i settled my 2 accounts in 2019 , cell c did not remove me on credit bureau as i was 1 month in arrears , after several phone calls to request a paid up letter so that i can escalate to Experian , cell c did not not sent me the letter , on the 14th of December last year , i was told someone will call me within 5 days , as always, i did not receive that call , i called again i was told within 2 hours , today i called i spoke to a VERY RUDE LADY BY THE NAME OF PHUMZILE , SHE TOLD ME SHE CANT GIVE ME THE LETTER I MUST GO TO THE STORE , I TOLD HER I AM NOT CONFORTABLE TO GO TO THE STORE , SHE KEPT ON ASKING ME WHAT DID I SAY MY NAME WAS , WHICH FOR ME IS A SIGN THAT SHE WAS NOT INTERESTED IN MY CALL , SHE HANGED UP THE PHONE ON ME
