Pathetic service from management
Cell C does not care about their customers. Debit customers on dates that are not authorised. Increase price subscriptions though one signs a 24 contract. No communication just see on one account. Pathetic service from management as they do not get back to customers with feedback spoke to Mandy manager and very unhelpful. Promise to investigate my complaints but do not get back to me.

09 Jan 2023, 20:41my phone did not ring, this what happens with Cell C, calls go direct to voicemail. Why do you try only once. You can try a number of times to get hold of me. That is my contract number. Be Courteous and more professional. Cell C network is bad.
