pathetic service from complaints

I have being dealing with Mpho from complaints who has being completely useless and unhelpful in regards to sorting out the initial complaint. This is my 3rd hello peter complaint and I have begging and pleading for assistance to get things investigated and sorted. Mpho even called me a **** on the phone, who does that from a customer service point of view. Thats disgusting and completely unacceptable. I have contacted the NCC and NCR in regards to my initial complaint, so please expect to be contacted by them because at least they will get the required feedback I have being asking for because I have sure as hell not received any sort of decent service thus far which is outrageous. I don't want Mpho contacting me again, I want his superior to contact me to discuss his actions and lack of service and then assist with my initial complaint before this matter goes to far or further than it already has.
