PATHETIC SERVICE FROM CELLC INSURANCE

i had registered with cellc insurance in May and the consultant told me that R120 would be the only amount debited from my acc, however for the 1st month you guys took out over R450 from my account with no explanation, upon calling they now said it inlcuded one month in advance who no one told me about. You guys only gave me R120 back from that. Now you debited me twice my amount for August and it has taken over a month for you guys to credit me my money back it is still not in my account. I WOULD LIKE ALL THE MONEY THAT YOU GUYS GAVE DEBITED ME FOR AS THIS IS THE MOST PATHETIC SERVICE I HAVE EVER ENCOUNTERED. your consultants dont seem to know their job correctly. i would like all my money back asap !!!
