Pathetic service from CellC and Glocell
I know customer relations and good service is not a strong suit for CellC and Glocell but can someone please tell me where my phone is . This is second time my phone is in for repairs and if I dont ask everytime I hear nothing from you guys. It is totally unacceptable and pathetic . I cant wait to get away from you people and your terrible service
Please is there a way I can get off this service please. I CAN'T deal with you people till next year. I signed a contract for under R1000 a month and I am paying way more than that with yet another tarrif hike. If it must happen refund my money keep my phone just get me off cellc and end my misery with this pathetic service provider. Please!!!
