Pathetic Service from Cell Legal

I want to settle my Cell Contract Account. The call center agents tell me that my account has been handed to their legal department. For two weeks I have been calling ( ********** 200/ ********** 600 these guys and no one answers their phone. This so frustrating for customers, level of incompetence in this department is so pathetic. I just want to pay and cancel my contract but it seems its a mission to do that Frustrated KB
