Pathetic service from Cell C & third party Ec 3 (Online upgrade)

Spoke to an agent from Ec 3 contact centre regarding possible upgrades for a cell c cellphone contract. I asked the lady to call the next day to confirm my choice but never received a call back. Ec 3 contact centre and cell C processed an upgrade without my consent nor confirmation of banking details and has provided pathetic service in following up on the query. Called Ec 3 four times in three months but still no follow up and resolution of my query. Cell C still make random attempts to recover the fees for the contract and again without my consent.
