Pathetic service from Cell C qp
I have cancelled 1 of my contracts with Cell C last year December 11th and they still deducting for that contract and they taking extra money off my account. I have even done a stop order and now they have deducted double. They have no answers when i call I am fed up i want to cancel all my contracts with them with immediate effect I will once again do a debit order

They have phoned me and couldn't give me proper answers instead they told me that im paying extra money cz 1 of the promotions ended and that i had to read the terms and conditions which they havent explained to me when i had upgraded probably just to make a sale. I have even phoned the bank to make a stop order on all the accounts i have with Cell C and i have even told the consultant that .. Im disgusted and unhappy. They didnt even tell me to read the terms and conditions im very irate and upset at this.. I dont want to deal with them anymore
