Pathetic Service from Cell C Get More, *****ing peoples money and when its time to pay back everyone is ***********

<p>i have been try...ing since December to get someone to look into my query about debitting me for something i cancelled in 2014 but it is impossible to get hold of any capable person at this place. i was told people went on leave, a manager would call me, the investigations department would contact me but i am still waiting from the 22nd of December. I want to hear the call where i agreed to continue with this product as i am certain i cancelled it but you continue to take my money, now when its time to look into the query there is no competent person to assist. All agents have huge atitude as if they doing me a big favour. i want my money back for the past 2 years that they have taken when i cancelled this in 2014 they should have stopped taking my money, i have not used this service since then. i will take this further if no response is received.</p>
