PATHETIC SERVICE FROM CELL C

I received an email with my tax invoice from Cell C stating that I can upgrade from my 5 Gig Data (R99) to 10 Gig Data (R149).

I phoned on 7 January 2021 to upgrade my contract from 5 Gig Data to 10 Gig Data. I received Reference Nr ***. They told me that someone will phone me. Nobody phoned.

I then phoned on 15 January 2021 again to upgrade my contract and received Reference Nr *** and was again told that someone was going to phone me. I am still waiting.

I also send an email and never received a reply.

Very very bad service.
