PATHETIC SERVICE FROM CELL C

I spoke to Nonhlanhla Radebe on the 29th of October and she promised me that she will process my refund in3 to 7 working days and till today nothing has happened and I am still waiting,

This has been going on for far too long now for like 2 months for a refund of R700 , this is frustrating and to think I keep believing and trusting them when they feeding me lies,

Now I cannot TRUST CELL C and their consultants anymore because they are full of stories and I want my money back.
