Pathetic service from CELL C!!!!!!
The service coming from the business department is PATHETIC!! Very unhappy with their service! Been struggling now for more that to cancel a contract and I already paid my full amount outstanding on the contract!!! Service is disgusting and no one knows what they’re doing in that department because clearly sending clients back and forth shows the lack of customer service

30 Apr 2022, 17:40I got a better deal at another place point is ! I paid my full commitment amount to cell c so what now! I was told I’ll be contacted by a manager I’m still waiting for the phone call this is ridiculous Service I want a manager or senior manager to conquer me asap !
