Pathetic service from Cell C!!!!!

I canceled my contract in April, I have spoken to multiple consultants and they keep telling me they do not see my email or that they will investigate. It takes 3 business days to get hold of a customer care consultants, 2hrs for them to actually hear what you are saying and then still nothing gets done.

I am still being billed every month, I have emailed *** and I received a case number ***. I was billed today again.

No help nothing!!
