Pathetic Service from Cell C and Zinzi
I am absolutely appalled with by the service that I have been given by your team this last week.
I called in to upgrade, this was done successfully, I upgraded to an Honor 200 that comes with a free watch, this was confirmed on my upgrade call with Rulani.
My phone was delivered and it was delivered without the watch!!! I immediately called in and was transferred from pillar to post, after speaking to 10 different people, I eventually spoke to Rulani who did my upgrade and she logged a query for the watch to be delivered to me. After numerous follow up, nothing was done.
Today I received the most unbelievable call from Zinzi!!!!!!!!! WOW – rude, abrupt, arrogant doesn’t even begin to describe the call. She called saying she's from the escalation teams, she didn’t have my correct information, completely unprepared, giving incorrect details, asking me to hold while she checks something and then asks me what the problem is? You are calling from an escalations point to ask me that, after how many days. Then she says she will do a collection of my phone, that was not what we had arranged, it was arranged for just the watch to be delivered. I then told her that’s not what was arranged and that I want just the watch delivered to me. She says “am I lying” and transfer me straight to the survey, not resolving my queries nothing and after I had clearly instructed her not to collect the phone but deliver my watch, she went against my instruction and went ahead and arranged a collection.
I am absolutely disgusted by her service, is this what a client of over 10 years get from you guys? Two contract, always paid, never late and this is the service I get? Calls dropped and arrogant attitude? Is Zinzi doing me a favour?
If I am not contacted and this issue rectified, I will move both my contracts to Vodacom!!! I have never, not once before had this type of service from Vodacom and yet my contract with them isn’t even for half of what I pay Cell C!!! PATHETIC AND SHOCKING service. Absolutely disgusted with Zinzi and the manner in which she handled this.
My calls are wonderfully recorded – perhaps I should share the call to show people the type of service you offer.
I also asked for Zinzi's manager to call me, thats yet to take place. If people dont want to do their jobs, perhaps it should be given to those who do. Working in an escalations team doesnt give you entitlement to disrespect your clients.
