Pathetic service from cell C and Michelle the rude consultant
Cell C customer care is pathetic. I have been trying to cancel my contract which I have never enjoyed having because of their pathetic service. After 24 months till today which is 6 or more months later I am still trying to cancel their stupid contact. I just spoke to Michelle in the retentions department who just rudely put the phone down in my ear. I must say I am disgusted with their pathetic service.

It is disappointing to learn that the agent did not conduct herself in a professional manner and did not offer the service as expected.
