Pathetic service from Cell C

The worst service ever, I took out a contract in July 2021 and Cell C sent me the wrong phone so it was sent back, so I took a new contact in September 2021 and this time they sent the correct phone, but on their side they activated both contracts and where debiting my account for both phones, I had problems with them to rectify and always had to reverse the debit order due to them double deducting, they decided to block my line from their side and kept deducting any amount they felt like up until January when the issue finally got resolved, now I have a problem with the speaker and sent it to the repair department where they now quoting me for physical damage saying the screen is cracked and the back is bent, I sent it in an excellent condition, I'm still waiting for them to get a report from Ram Couriers cos now they are pushing the blame onto someone else instead of taking ownership, they only care about making money and not client service,they never keep up to their promises.
