Pathetic service from CELL C

Hi, i have cancelled an upgrade eith cell c due the phone not being delivered to me Cell C has continued to debit my account even though they have sent me communication that my upgrade was reversed, this matter has been going on since August 2021, can someone kindly assist me in this matter
