Pathetic service from Cell C

I had a Cell C contact that has been paid up howeve since 22 May2024 I’m unable to get my name cleared by Cell C . I’ve been to the head office in Midrand personally only to be told th person that will assist me will send me an email up till this date 25/08/2024 I haven’t received anything. This is after I’ve made numerous calls to Cell C with no resolution I then decided to go personally to the head office.

Cell C has given me a very bad experience and with no resolution. Consumer is their legal department no one got back to me and all I need is to provide them with the paid up letter and to clear my name.
