Pathetic service from cell c

<p>Received such pathetic service from the cellc callcentre. Even went as far as the supervisor on duty and I receive this service. My phone was ****** 4 days ago and I still cannot get anyone at the callcentre to assist with the sim swop. Wish I could just change network providers immediately.</p>
