PATHETIC SERVICE FROM CELL C

<p>I am shocked at the disgusting service i am receiving currently from cellc . When they upgraded my 2 contracts last week thats when all the help stopped. Today i literaly wasted half my day trying to sort out these 2 upgraded samsung S7 pinnaccle contracts . they just want to sell you the contracts in this case R 1000 each per month and then the ******* service starts . I eventually was promised by Nonhlanala who herself does not know anything and is all confused , I had to explain the samsung S7 takes a nano sim which she didnt know !!!!! And she is the person trying to help me !! what a joke !!! then she says all is done and I am still using my old sim and old phone !!! can you beleive this !!! she says someone will call in 2 _ 4 hours ? I repeatedly asked if she is sure !!! she assured me yes > It is now 4 hours gone and still no call from cell c .!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!</p>

EVEN MORE DISGUSTING SERVICE , I PHONED AGAIN SPOKE TO 2 PEOPLE WHO WERE ABSOLUTELY RUDE AND UNHELPFUL . MFUNDO AND RAECHEL. RAECHAELS ATTITUDE WAS DISGUSTING , SHE IS TRYING TO COVER UP THEIR MISTAKES . WHEN WILL THE LIES STOP FROM CELL C !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I HAVE 2 NEW PHONES I AM PAYING FOR THAT DOES NOT WORK , STILL SEALED AND READY FOR RETURN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
