Pathetic Service from Cell C

We have experienced the worst service (lack of service) from such a big telecoms organisation. I am truly appalled by Cell C.

My Dad's phone has been blocked for months now. All we would like to do is get it paid and unblocked.

We cannot get hold of the legal department for weeks now. It constantly says that there is a technical error.

We have escalated same with no response. Call centre agents have been dropping our calls. This is pathetic to say the least.

My Dad cannot do any banking without his phone.
