Pathetic service from Cell C

I received a call from Cell C on Monday 14th March 2016. I could not take the call and the agent left a voice message advising that she would call back in one hours time. I sent an email to customer services and requested that the agent call me anytime after 5. To date I have not received a call from Cell C. Service is terrible<br> <br> I am so glad that I am not on a contract with Cell C
