Pathetic service from Cell C

Pathetic Service from Cell C. My phone was damaged and I was told at the store to take it to Huawei. Huawei needs my cell C contract that Cell C is failing to produce. I have spent days on the phone with their customer service and useless Team leads who either lie that they have sent the contract to my email, escalated the request or say Cell C does not have any of my information. Each of their team leaders has a different excuse and as each day goes by I do not have access to my phone. What's worse is while they can't provide me with a contract, there are busy trying to get me to upgrade. Well at this point I want my phone repaired and I will bid your service goodbye...
