Pathetic service from Cell C

After ordering the Huawei P8 online about 3 weeks ago, I am yet waiting for a legitimate response as to when the stock will be delivered. I phoned the call center last week Monday, to which they said the stock will be delivered during the week. I phoned again on Wednesday, and they informed me that they will receive the stock during the course of that day, or the day following, and that I would receive my phone early this week. I phoned AGAIN on Monday to confirm when it will be delivered to ensure that I will be in the office during such time. The call center then informed me that they STILL don't have stock. I phoned again today to find out whether they know when the stock will arrive, and the call center assistant abruptly ended the call. If I knew they were going to wait for stock for WEEKS, I never would have taken out a contract with Cell C, and seriously considering ending the application. Ridiculous service! Really don't know why you market extensively to provide sub-standard service.
