pathetic service from Cell C

Absolutely pathetic service, My wife was contacted by one of the cell c agent last week Thursday (09-05-2019) sometimes in the afternoon. She was notified by this agent about Huawei P30 LITE for her upgrade. Upon the introduction of this new upgrade he promised her that he will throw in a screen guard and and cover for the phone and then she was asked what colour she would like and she had told him. upon delivery today (15/05/2019) from RAM Couriers, there was no screen guard no phone cover and the phone was a colour which she has not required.

she had called cell c and she was told by another agent that colours vary , but when she was sold the contract this wasnt told by her.

To conclude, I will do a write up to Hauwei about how Cell c is treating their customers and i will take this to the media.

This is why everyone is running to Telkom.
