Pathetic Service from Cell C

Cell C has a terrible response rate to complaints and does not respond to complaints timeously. I took out a contract on April 12th but received a phone with scratches and a faulty touchscreen, I reported it on the very 1st day of delivery and was told that there was a strike and it would be attended to the very next week. With no response, I contacted them again on the 24th April at 09.37 and spoke to Baron who arranged with the courier for collection. To date the devices have not been collected and the telephones go unanswered, they have already debitted my account prorata without the sims even being activated. I do not want these devices and it needs to be collected immediately if not I will refer the complaint to the Ombudsman.
