Pathetic service from Cell C

I am writing this receive on behalf of my mom, Berenice Petersen. Her email address is ********** Her cell phone went into arreas and the phone was blocked, she was advised the phone would be unblocked when the phone is settled in full. She settled the phone in full on the 8 March and have been trying since then to have her phone put back on. She has been phoning your offices every single day just get put on hold all the time. Then the phone goes off in her ears. It's frustrating because she paid and now it takes forever to her phone put back on. This is utterly really pathetic service from cell c, we now in April and she is still struggling. Why couldnt she be assisted instead of us coming to hello peter.
