PATHETIC SERVICE FROM CELL C

These idiots are the worst service provider! They debited more than agreed contract amount, and when I called they were not able to provide answers. Advised that I wanted to cancel my contract due to the pathetic service that I was receiving and they did not want to put me through to the cancellation department. They debit for services I did not subscribe to and when asked who gave them permission, they advised that I would have to get the number for that specific service provider and call them myself to get answers!! + The first agent I dealt with put me on hold for 15 mins to figure out what lie to spin and then he hung up. I AM FUMING! I am not paying my hard-earned money for such sub-standard service!!! I WANT TO CANCEL THIS DAMN CONTRACT!!!
