Pathetic service from Cell C

<p>After numerous struggles to switch from Vodacom to cell c with their contract buyout and cash back I have still not received my cash back benefit it has now been more than 14 days which is the period they have on the contract. I have spoken to them via email an with their independent contractors and they told me that the payment was loaded for Friday 24th Feb but it was not the case. I also struggled for two weeks for them to port my number. I will now be taking legal action against them for breaching contract. I am sick and tired of the promises. Even worse service than Vodacom!!!!! </p>
