Pathetic Service from Cell C
Good Day,
I have never heard of if you have any outstanding debts that you cant upgrade with Cell C. I do have arrangements with the parties concerned due to covid it had a big toll on us financially. I pay my cell c account every single month and dont miss any payments. When my contract ends I will cancel my contract with cell c and not recommend anyone to use cell c as they are useless and the service even worse. 26 Jun 2021, 13:00In all fairness I upgraded 2 years ago and was under debt review then and I still upgraded. So not sure how the 2005 act now affects me if it did not affect me then?

08 Sept 2021, 07:26Good Day, any feedback re the upgrade?, if not I would like to submit a cancellation letter for services to end as of 30 November as my contract ends 6 November. I moved from Mtn to Cell and really thought the transition was a good idea but now im regretting the decision. Kind Regards
