PATHETIC SERVICE FROM ALL CONSULTANTS

Good Day <br> <br> I have been a client with cell c for many years now. I have never had a problem all along. I am generally not one to complain but the experience I had made me so upset that someone needs to deal with this matter. I don't wish to bring anyone down but when someone is rude that is unacceptable. I have always shopped at the Cell C chatsworth store. I have never had an issue up until now. The new consultants there are young,rude and have a terrible attitude. The store was extremely busy and instead of assisting the clients they were having conversations with each other and laughing. there was a particular young lady that really irritated me. She was so ******** and rude. She was oblivious to the customers in front of her and laughed and joked around making no effort to speed up dealing with the clients. She sat with one client who was a family member and laughed and had conversations for 45 mins. And i stood there and just watched how they had no consideration for other people.
