PATHETIC SERVICE_ ********** ACCOUNT OPENED ON MY NAME

Pathetic Service provided by CELL C. A ********** account opened in my name and CELL C is making no effort from their side to try resolve the case or to even provide feedback. Apparently before they can even look into the ********** account they want documents from you, if not provided they will not be able to even start any investigation. I have sent through all the required documents for them to START the investigation and this was about a week ago, and up until today Cell C has not tried to contact me or give me feedback regarding this. I am the one who needs to keep calling them to ask whats the progress, and each call puts me back at the beginning because the consultants all ask the same questions, managers give you their names and when you ask to speak to them they tell you there is more then one CCD office and the person you looking for doesn't work in the one you through to, yet I called the same number i called when speaking to the manager. Each call takes about 20 mins, which is at my cost!!!!! Only to be told at the end of each call to give them 24-48 hours to contact me back, each consultant comes up with a different excuse as to why they have not followed up with me or given me feedback. as yet., each call leaves me back at the start with no resolution!!!! This is PATHETIC, please provide me with feedback, you messing with my money and my credit scoring!!!!!!!
