Pathetic service

Pathetic and very poor service, they were too quick to hand my account over without getting their fact straight and without resolving my 2019 query .

I have spoken to Jabu and Musa Cell C managers and both of them they promised to get back to me but as usual Cell C never keep their promises, am sick and tired of going back and forth with you and still not get any assistance.. What the hell must i do to get my query resolved?👿👿👿👿👿👿👿👿👿👿👿👿👿👿
