Pathetic service

I see on the website it advertise the 2GB for R19 for 7days but when i try loading this i cant find it and then i call 135 and they tell me try at 8am cos the system isnt updated yet i called. Back at 9am then the person tells me that i must load my bank details then it will show but this deal is not for card payments its under airtime payments, then she tells me she doesnt know the deal its not on the system for deals so CELL C TELL ME *** IS GOING ON COS I WILL GO TO ANOTHER SERVICE PROVIDER NOW.
