Pathetic service.

I wanted to upgrade my contract. They put more on hold for close to an hour to sort out some information not sure relating to what and the agent never cane back to me. I called about 3 times to get assistance with no luck even the manager is not available to take an escalation. The second agent just told me that an upgrade is not possible and did not even provide me with reasons why so that we can work around it. When I call back I have to start my query from scratch and hold again for an hour? I wasted my airtime without getting any help for just a simple upgrade that time I have already provided the agent with all my personal information and they just left me hanging. YOUR SERVICE IS PATHETIC . 0 skills for customer service. I was not even given a reference number for the 3 times I called.
