Pathetic service

I bought a phone on contract on January and I want to know why is my contract registered with the wrong address? Most of your people who work in stores don't know nothing about their job but they can talk too much acting like they have a clue of their jobs roles they only want to make sales that's it.

I can't believe your employer registered an address for me that's not even mine, can that be fixed on your system I'm tired of not getting help.

I'm will appreciate if the right address gets to be put on the system. Thanks for reading.
