Pathetic service!!!
I have never received such pathetic and ****y service from a call center agent ever! Her name is Nokuthula, she is so ****** rude and doesn't even understand basic grammar nor what the word METHOD means! Instead of putting me through to an agent that understands she became so ****y and ****** rude! Cell c needs to pull that recording and listen to it, I wish I had recorded it so that I can post it on Twitter! Shameful and unprofessional!
