Pathetic Service
It's been 2 months now and I still havent heard ANYTHING regarding my phone that has been boomed in for repairs. Everytime I have to phone them and was td the forms wich I filled in was filled in incorrectly and I have to go on AGAIN and do it. Once AGAIN I was told they would phone me in this week and I have STILL not heard anything from them. They expect me to pay excess on my phone which I refuse because of the *** service I have been getting. This is the worst customer service you will ever get
