Pathetic service
I app**** for an upgrade on the 2nd of March and till today (19th May) I still haven’t received my phone. I understand the country went on lock down but it’s been 3 weeks since cell c has opened but I still haven’t received my phone, I have been calling cell c everyday for the past 2 weeks but no one is assisting me, I even tried cancelling the upgrade however I haven’t been assisted. I have been with cell c since 2012 and the service I am receiving now is not acceptable.
