Pathetic service
Pathetic service.... first I was harrassed to upgrade my phone by the call center agent's even though i didnt wnat to.... they eventually pressured me into an upgrade on my contract. I wasnt happy with package so i cancelled the very next morning...only to be doubled billed at the end of the month...its now 30days later and nobody can give me any answers to the error on my billing, or refund for the so called upgrade which was cancelled.....there is no management that can help......according to the agents there is no manager to escalate the call to....when you call the call center you get pushed from pillar to post.....numerous references with no resolution.....when will this madness of horrible service end......
