PATHETIC SERVICE DURING COVID - 19

I am disgusted, after fighting with Cell c for over 3 weeks regarding my bill for this month i get a reply to say I do not meet the requirements and my account is now in arrears. In the 10 years i have been with cell c I have not missed 1 payment. At the moment i have 4 contracts with them. I WILL BE CANCELLING ALL MY CONTRACTS and i will make sure that all my family and friends know not to take out contracts with them. THIS IS A INTERNATIONAL PANDEMIC WE ARE DEALING WITH. I am not the only person that is not getting a salary.... HOW DO THEY WANT US TO MAKE PAYMENT IF WE DO NOT RECEIVE A SALARY. THIS IS THE MOST PATHETIC SERVICE I HAVE EVER RECEIVED. I hope when they try and double deduct my account next month they realize that they are leaving me with no money to even buy food!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I sent in all my paperwork more than 6 times. Surely they can pull my records and see that i have been paying for the last 10 years without problem. I am so angry. I cannot understand how a company this big can not have anything in place during a PANDEMIC

They are saying i dont qualify. But what am i to do when i do not receive a salary. Its not like its permanent.

Middle of the following month already. All paperwork submitted 2 weeks ago and still no feedback. These people sure know how to keep their customers happy.
