PATHETIC SERVICE DON'T DELIVER ON PROMISES-CELC

Upon arrival at the store staff was playing music eventually they noticed us,a lady by the name of Penny assisted us. I upgraded my contact and she had said that should the phone break within the 7 days i must bring it back,the phone froze in 1 day and i took it back the next day,they said they cannot help me and i had to wait 21 days. i received the phone on the 11th January 2016 and took it back the very next day and i'm still waiting for a response until today the 26 January 2016.I also never received a copy of signed contract<br> Cell C needs to train their staff not to give false information. the store manager (Dhiren) was not helpful at all with a don't care attitude. I also called cell c head office and yet no help. I have sold my previous phone and currently don't have a phone because of they false information. utterly pathetic., <br> I will also be reporting this matter to everyone i know that cell c in ballito has poor customer service
