Pathetic service delivery from CELL C

I still have not received a response neither did anyone collect my handset as they arranged to do so. i am utterly disgusted with CellC, as they have no value for their customers and make promises they cannot keep. i reported the phone on day 3 of receiving the phone. next Cell C will say its past the 7 day return period.<br> <br> I would Like Cell to collect the phone and thereafter wish to cancel my contract. and i will rather move to vodacom or MTN atleast they inform you and also keep in touch with customers.
