Pathetic service delivery

I have been struggling with my cell c account for six months now. I made a request in Sept 2022 to convert from contract to Pre-paid and they have been billing me even after numerous requests. Eventually thy stopped and I was told that my bill will be retracted and rectified. To date they have not honored their obligation and now this is affecting my credit standing. I am on my 11th request to get it sorted and still no reply.
