Pathetic service!!!

I have been trying for days to get international roaming linked to my number as well as trying to find out why I am not able to log onto the internet or send messages when I have sufficient airtime and data. The call center people speak extremely fast and I am not able to hear most of what they say. I asked for an Afrikaans speaking agent and all three times their automated system allows me the option to select Afrikaans but the the line cuts out!!!!! I AM FED UP always struggling to get somewhere with customer service. If an AFRIKAANS speaking agent does not contact me today, I am changing over to another provider. I have been threatening to do this for a long time but this is the FINAL chance, Cell C!!!!
