PATHETIC SERVICE

At the beginning of Feb I app**** for two contracts online. A representative called me to confirm that I qualify and all is well, however they don't have any stock so I will have to wait a week to 10 days before I receive the phone. Fast forward 4 weeks I still haven't heard anything from them. Finally I get a sms telling me a parcel will be delivered to my house, I get the "Parcel" only to find out it's only a sim card and no phones. I immediately call the call center (28/02), the guy assisting me (Ntsiki) promises me that the phones will follow and he will keep me in the loop. No joys as I am not kept in the loop. My husband calls a Cell C shop in a shopping mall near us and they confirm they have these phones in stock. Fast forward to March, 9th I decide to cancel my contract with Cell C, I speak to Thelma and she gives me a reference number that all is good and the contracts will be cancelled, I enquire about the sim card and she say's that I can dispose of it, she will just cancel it on her side. Go get the contract at the mall only to be told there is still one contract active. March 11th I phone Cell C again this time I speak to Flora, once again I am promised the contract will be cancelled. I get a reference number for both these calls. March 28th an installment goes of for the "cancelled contract". I contact the Cell C Center again. Again I am told the contract have been cancelled and that a refund will be made. 6th April, Telebogo phones to confirm everything is sorted and I will get my refund. I don't check because I take his word. 28th April another deduction for a non existing contract, this time I check my account, no refund from the previous time, so 2 debit orders for contracts I don't have. Today I phoned them again only to be told very arrogantly that my one contract one was cancelled but not the other. No joy. I am being send from pillar to post, wanting to speak to managers that are always "busy" and never available. I am no Karen, but really Cell C this is beyond pathetic. I am turning to Hello Peter as a last resort in the hope that "Someone" will assist
